TripTools is a free, offline-first travel utility for iPhone and Android, developed and published by Vorlon Holdings Inc. Support is by email.

Try these first

  1. Close and reopen TripTools.
  2. Check your installed TripTools version in the app’s About information, then check the App Store or Google Play for the latest public release.
  3. Review your home airport, home currency, units and other local settings.
  4. Restart your device if the issue continues.

Reinstalling or clearing app storage may delete locally stored settings, airport notes and other app state. Contact support first if you need to preserve that information.

Reporting a technical issue

Please include:

  • Your TripTools version.
  • Whether you use iOS or Android, and the operating-system version.
  • Your device model.
  • What you expected, what happened, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
  • A screenshot if it helps, with personal information removed.

The app’s Contact Support action can prepare an email draft with basic diagnostic information. Review, edit or remove it before sending.

Outdated or incorrect reference information

Tell us which country, currency, airport or airline is involved, the tool or screen, the value shown, and why it appears incorrect. Include a link to a current official source and its date where possible.

For baggage problems, include the airline, cabin or checked-bag category, fare, route and operating carrier where relevant. For airports, include the airport name and IATA or ICAO code.

Reference information is bundled with the app and can be incomplete or outdated. Confirm consequential details directly with the airline, airport, government or other official source before travelling. A correction request does not update your installed data immediately.
